Mr. Yossi Baidatz

Strategic Advisor

Maj. Gen. (Res.). Served as head of the Research Division at IDF Military Intelligence and as commander of the IDF Colleges and the National Defense College, then as CEO of CET, Israel's largest organization advancing education through relevant technology. Yossi has focused on the challenge of learning in the digital and AI era, including language learning. He brings that experience to Ibrani as an advisor.

Dr. Eihab Khalil Abu-Rabiah

Dr. Eihab Khalil Abu-Rabiah

Academic Advisor

Dr. Eihab Khalil Abu-Rabiah is Head of the Hebrew as a Second Language specialization at Kaye Academic College of Education. He holds a PhD in Hebrew linguistics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. His research focuses on second language acquisition and assessment, with particular emphasis on vocabulary. He serves on the Ministry of Education's Hebrew Language Subject Committee for Arab Schools. In 5785 (2024–25) he was elected a member of the Young Scholars Forum in the Humanities and Social Sciences of the Israel Academy of Sciences and Humanities. He was a visiting postdoctoral researcher in the Linguistics Department at the University of Utah, USA, supported by a Fulbright Postdoctoral Fellowship and a Rothschild Fellowship from the Yad Hanadiv Foundation.
