The Ibrani.AI Hebrew proficiency platform is operated by Tap Systems Ltd. This policy explains what data we collect when the platform is used, how we use it, and how we protect it.

• •Teacher data: name, email address, and institution. A phone number is stored only if the teacher opts in to WhatsApp updates, with explicit consent that can be revoked at any time in the settings.
• •Student data: first name and class as provided by the teacher or school, along with voice recordings of assessment answers, their transcripts, and assessment results.
• •Teaching materials a teacher uploads to generate exercises are read for processing only and are not stored on our servers.

• •Providing the assessment service: analyzing recordings, producing scores, and presenting reports to teachers.
• •Sending updates to teachers who subscribed to them, such as a weekly WhatsApp summary.
• •Improving assessment and service quality. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

We use service providers to operate the platform: cloud computing and storage (AWS), AI providers for transcription and analysis of recordings, and Meta's WhatsApp Business service for messages to subscribed teachers only. Providers receive the minimum data required to deliver the service.

The ibrani.ai website uses Google Analytics to measure traffic and improve the site. This uses cookies and collects usage data such as pages viewed, browser and device type, and a truncated IP address, which is transferred to Google. This data is not linked to teacher accounts or to student data. You can prevent this by blocking cookies in your browser or by using the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Student data is processed in an educational context, at the request and under the responsibility of the school or teacher. We do not contact students directly and do not collect data about them beyond what the assessment requires.

Recordings and results are retained for the duration of the institution's use of the service, for educational reporting. Data deletion can be requested at any time via the email below. Unsubscribing from WhatsApp updates stops messages immediately; the consent record is kept for documentation.

Data is transmitted encrypted and stored with leading cloud infrastructure providers under strict access controls. Access to student data is limited to the responsible teacher and to authorized personnel for service operation only.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Contact: orr@ibrani.ai. If this policy changes materially, we will publish the update on this page with a new effective date.
